Ravi Vyas — Reliability & operational excellence

Ravi is a Senior Global Technical Program Manager who has owned operations and reliability across some of Amazon’s most complex environments, from e-commerce and payments to robotics and fulfillment networks.

He has led global network security programs for 6,000+ sites, driven a multi-year MFA rollout estimated to reduce fraud and asset loss by $800M+, and overseen incident management for 2,000+ tier-1 services.

Krutika Vyas — Security, trust & compliance

Krutika is a Technical Program Manager for Trust, Security, and Reliability at Confluent, where she leads security initiatives including 100% SLA compliance for vulnerability management and SOX-aligned access review programs.

Previously at IBM Security, she delivered fraud and identity protection solutions for 10+ major financial institutions, achieving up to a 90% reduction in fraudulent transactions while reducing operational impact by more than $1M.
